Mr Martin Clarke MA, FCA, D.Univ, FRSA
Chairman of the Board of Management he is well versed in many aspects of commercial life having been in practice as a Chartered Accountant in Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte LLP) for 23 years where he also held senior management positions.
For 10 years thereafter he became Chairman of two PLCs engaged in property and construction, he was Chairman of De Montfort University for 9 years.

Mr Mark Duncan
Chairman of Prebendal Close – A Director of a used car sales company bringing management, planning, accounting, organisational and administrative skills gained from 6 years in the Army, 5 years in the Prison Service and over 29 years in the Motor Trade.

Mr David Dunsford
A retired Accountant with 50 years experience at senior and Board level. He brings a broad spectrum of accounting and business knowledge with a methodical and practical approach to working and problem solving.

Mr Richard Grove
A Solicitor focussing mainly on commercial and domestic property work. He has experience serving on voluntary committees and as a result has knowledge of the running of a charity and of corporate governance.

Professor Michael Jones DBA, MSc. ChtrdFCIPD, FRSA, PGDip
A Visiting Professor at the University of Chester who brings considerable Board, Trustee experience across a number of sectors plus management education experience as a former University Business School Dean and Professor and Director General of the Foundation for Management Education . Mike is currently a regional Trustee for Age UK .He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, a Freeman of the City of London and Secretary of AMULL (The Association of Medical, University and Legal Lodges). The Chairman of the Association’s Finance & General Purposes Committee.

Mr Stephen Lindner BSc, ACGI, CEng MCIBSE MAE
A semi-retired Chartered Engineer who brings over 40 years experience as a Building Services Engineer. A Member of the Association’s Finance & General Purposes Committee.

Mr Robert Matthew AIIRSM
Chairman of Hamilton Court House Committee – A retired Health & Safety Manager with experience in all aspects of Health & Safety especially in construction. Through his experience as a contracts manager he brings skills in people management. A Member of the Association’s Finance & General Purposes Committee.

Mr Douglas Neill MRICS
A Chartered Building Surveyor bringing experience in repairs, maintenance and refurbishment or residential and commercial properties his skills are used to advise Board and House Committee members in such matters as well as Budgets and ‘future proofing’ the Association’s properties. A Member of the Association’s Finance & General Purposes Committee.

Mr Ian Richards BSc. CEng. FIMechE. MWMSoc
Chairman of Palmer Court House Committee – A Chartered Engineer and Director with over 30 years experience of running a building services company and providing advice on Legionella issues.

Mr David Stanford
Chairman of Reading Court House Committee – A Company Director with over 40 years experience in the Hotel & Catering industry. He brings strategic experience, financial acumen and a wide experience of residential properties and working in the charitable sector.

Mr Alan Walker, MBE
Chairman of Wilson Keys Court House Committee – A retired Police Officer with a vast amount of experience in dealing with various social issues drug/alcohol abuse, homelessness and abuse of the elderly.

Stephen Barter MA(Cantab), FRICS, FRSA
A Chartered Surveyor and Company Chairman he brings experience in real estate investment, development and asset management together with executive and non-executive Board membership expertise.
